Operations Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

Process Optimization:

Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet production demands.

Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness.

Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.

Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at constant improvement and operational excellence.

Collaboration:

Coordinates with the Production Manager and Warehouse Lead to ensure seamless department operations.

Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards by collaborating with the Quality Control Manager.
Team Leadership: Manage production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of raw materials and finished goods.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations.
